How to book a room?

You can send an email to salisbury@citylodge.co.uk, simply phone us on 01722 326600 or book online.

What is included in the room?

In all our bedrooms you will find a flat screen TV with freeview, free Wi-Fi internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary water and fruit, a comfortable hypnos bed and en-suite bathroom.

Are the rooms noisy?

Because we do not have a bar or the restaurant on site the only noise will come from the street at the front of the lodge, however the seven rooms at the front have acoustic double glazing and air conditioning for guest comfort.

Do you serve meals?

The Lodge doesn't offer breakfast, lunch or dinner, however there is an abundance of cafés, bars and restaurants within seconds of the front door.

Do you have rooms for families?

Yes, we do have some family rooms which have a double bed and a double sofa bed, and others with two single beds and a double sofa bed.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards but not American Express or Diners Club.

Are there disabled facilities?

We have five bedrooms on the ground floor however the bathrooms are not fully adapted for wheelchair access.

Can I bring a pet?

Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.

Do you provide hairdryers and irons?

Yes, we do. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom. The iron and the iron boards are on stands on each floor.

Do you provide cots?

Yes, we do. However it is advisable to inform us at the time of booking if you need one.

Can I smoke?

We do charge for an extra nights accommodation if you choose to smoke in the room , this is to cover additional cleaning costs

We reserve the right to charge without notification any damage caused to the room

 

Can I leave my luggage?

If you arrive before 3pm and your room isn't ready for you, you can leave your luggage and go and explore Salisbury. When you check out you can also leave your luggage and pick it up later in the day.

Can I pay by cheque?

We do not accept cheques.

Can I pay by cash?

Yes, you can. Although we do need credit/debit card details to secure the booking.

Where do I park?

Due to our location we are unable to offer on-site parking but you may park at the front of the hotel after 6pm until 8am free of charge (outside of these times a charge is made). There is a large pay and display car park which is less then a minute's walk away and is free of charge overnight, plus another car park which is only £4.00 all day.
